Refund Policy

Our products are downloadable digital goods (WordPress themes, plugins, and related files). Once access to download or licence details has been delivered, the sale is complete. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we do not provide refunds for purchases you have already received or downloaded.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, purchases are one-time payments for the licence and deliverables described at checkout. Fees are not recurring unless you separately subscribe to an ongoing service that explicitly bills on a schedule.

Please review product descriptions, demos (where available), compatibility notes, and support scope before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a theme fits your hosting stack, contact us via Contact Us before placing an order.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of licence access while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage you to open a billing or pre-sales ticket through our client portal instead of disputing charges without notice.

If mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction grant you a right of withdrawal or refund for digital content, we will honor those requirements where they apply and cannot be waived by this policy.
