These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to IPTVThemes marketing websites, product listings, and related materials. By using our site or purchasing through our official checkout (WHMCS client portal), you agree to these Terms.

“IPTVThemes,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the digital products offered through our authorized sales channel. Technical delivery and billing may be processed via our WHMCS client area at clients.iptvtheme.com.
2. Products are digital goods
Our products are digital WordPress themes, plugins, or related downloadable materials. No physical goods are shipped. Access to downloads and licence terms are provided after successful payment as described at checkout.
3. Licence and use
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases are for a one-time payment for a licence to use the item according to the licence terms supplied with the product (for example, single-site or terms shown on the product page). You may not redistribute, resell, or share licence keys or package files except as permitted by that licence.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use our themes and for complying with applicable laws. You must not use our products or site to facilitate copyright infringement, unauthorized redistribution of protected content, or other unlawful activity.
5. Third-party services
WordPress, hosting providers, payment processors, and WHMCS are third-party services. Their terms and availability apply separately. We do not control outages or policy changes at those providers.
6. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party stacks (hosting, PHP versions, plugins). Compatibility notes on product pages are guidance, not a warranty of fitness for every environment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVThemes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
